The first time she was mentioned was during a sneak peek of Satus Services from XXX. She was seen dangling off the old tin roof of Satus, with the caption blaming Jaiden for this.
Dovedale Central Christmas Decorations
Susan could be seen putting together a christmas tree on a ladder with her name on it. It was also possible to interact and talk with her for a very short time, before that was removed.
