Creates an infobox for a signal box.

Template parameters
This template has custom formatting.

Crossings Controlled	`crossings_controlled`	The crossings which a signal box controls. (en) The value of this parameter should be one or more hyperlinks. If multiple are provided, separate them with commas. Example [[Narmouth Crossing]]	Line	optional
