Tally Forms (https://tally.so) can now be embedded into the wiki as a form. Tally is a powerful form provider that can collect data, do embeds and even payments!
Usage
The script is automatically installed on the wiki at MediaWiki:Common.js.
1. Go to the form settings and click share.
2. Go to 'Embed Form' and click standard.
3, Toggle the options to how you would like it. We recommend to tick all - Dynamic height, Hide form title, Align content to the left, Transparent background. Then, click 'Get Code'.
4. Go to this area of the page, and copy this link here. Delete the part where it says "https://tally.so/embed/", we only want the form ID and options parameters.
In this case, it would be wb5kx7?alignLeft=1&hideTitle=1&transparentBackground=1&dynamicHeight=1
5. use the Template 'TallyForms'. it accepts 4 parameters, id, mobiletext, width and height. Paste the string of text above into the id section. mobiletext is a place where you can paste text for mobile users or for people whos embed can't load to see. An default error text will show if the field is empty. Optionally: set the width and height as you want. If you do not put parameters for this, the width will be 100% and the height 600px.
