Harrowstone Railway Works (HRW) an fictional company running heritage and mainline runs across the network. The company has started operations since the release of Version 2.0, with the slogan 'Forging the Future, Honouring the Past'.

Its headquarters and main operations are at Cosdale Harbour, close to where Cosdale Harbour Yard was previously housed, prior to 2.0.

The company first commenced recruitment on 10th March 2025.
