Perthtyne is the terminus station and a future through station on the branch line from Dovedale Central via Gleethrop End. It features a run-down and slightly overgrown brick station building, a single platform, and a small bridge.
The station generally receives a very infrequent service, mostly due to the lack of electrification for trains travelling past Gleethrop End and the lack of trains going down the branch line in general.
The station has been accessible to the public since Version 1.2.0, although an invisible wall and buffers are placed after it, blocking access further down the line to Mazewood.
Version 2.0 Improvements
In the upcoming Version 2.0 update, the station will see the commencement of through traffic to Mazewood. It will also receive minor upgrades to the station and improvements in the surrounding scenery.
