Update 1.2.9h6 was a hotfix to the game which re-enabled streaming and fixed a bug.

Feature	Description
General	Streaming re-enabled. Streaming behaviour changed to only unload models if client memory is low. This should act as a temporary improvement to server lag whilst we find a more permanent solution.
