The Class 150 is a diesel multiple unit (DMU) train added in V2.0. The train is formed of two coaches and has a top speed of 80 mph.
Originally it was planned to enter service in the game around the time of the 1.0 update, and was tested on the Fanory Mill Test Track.

- The Class 150 and the Class 323 were the only two trains in the game to carry liveries similar to real-life operator Northern Trains prior to V1
- The Class 150, along with the Class 156 and Class 158 are all members of the Sprinter family of trains present in game, built and popularised during the 1980s-1990s, where the game is set.
