Satus Services, often abbreviated to Satus or SAT, is a small station between Fanory Mill and Dovedale East. It has 2 platforms with benches and shelters and houses a ticket counter. It is one of the most important stations in game, being the very first station to be constructed.
Having single-track lines at both ends and two tracks in between, the layout of the station is similar to the one of Benyhone Loop.
Next to the station is the Satus Signal Box, a small but essential signal box that controls the station and parts of the lines to Fanory Mill and Dovedale East as well as having the control panel for the Satus Level Crossing, which is located on the road next to the box. A small walkway leads to the main road, which is connected to other nearby stations.
Satus Services and Dovedale East used to have NPC passengers that would board your train after stopping, although due to some issues with NPCs failing to enter trains, they were removed.
Operations
The station is mostly served by Class 377 trains from Fanory Mill and fewer Class 450 and Class 158 trains from Dovedale Central. Class 43 trains are rather uncommon at this station due to the distance to the Masonfield sidings and the low amount of players who spawn those trains. Although they are express trains, they have to stop at Satus Services most of the times due to the lines on both ends of the station being single-track.

Trivia
- A derelict Class 91 could be seen near the station prior to Version 1.0.

- There was a 50% chance of players spawning at Satus Services, and a 50% chance at Dovedale Central.
- This station used to house a SPAD trap, located at Signal 9 of Satus Services prior to V1.0.
- The entrance signals to Satus Services from Dale Green were moved back to ensure people could see the signals before the track point switch during the Dovedale Central station overhaul.
- Previously, there were no seats at this station.
- There used to be a turntable at the spawn tracks.
- There used to be only 1 spawn point track. A new one was added to alleviate station stress.

- The coordinates 0,0,0 were previously located at the old Satus Services. These coordinates are now in between the line from Satus Services to Dovedale East, just past the bridge in the direction of Dovedale East.
- It was one of only two stations to have a map prior to Version 1.0, the other being Fanory Mill.
- This map can still be found in the yard today.
